Sample 1 - 6 DAY PROGRAM TAHITI, MOOREA & BORA BORA

  • Day 1
    TAHITI
    - International Arrival
    - 6h35 / 7h35pm Arrive Tahiti Faa’a International Airport by Air Tahiti Nui. After the custom and immigration formalities, guests are driven to the InterContinental Resort Tahiti, transfer time by AC coach, only 10 minutes.
    - A refreshing welcoming punch is served to the sounds of a Tahitian Trio playing South Sea Melodies. After a simple checking procedure, a welcoming cocktail proposed at the Huriama / Lotus Garden. This garden on the shore faces Moorea, has a beautifully manicured lawn, lined by tropical plants, palm trees and the lagoon and is the idyllic place for any group event.

  • Day 2
    TAHITI & MOOREA
    - Transfer to Moorea
    - Full complimentary American Breakfast is being served. Breakfast at leisure before checkout and transfer to Papeete Harbor where you'll board the ferry for the 30 minute crossing that takes you to the sister island of Moorea, and the InterContinental Resort and Spa Moorea.
    - After the group check in the group is treated to a very special lunch, located on the main resort beach, the tables and chairs (ankle deep) in the water. A large tent is set in the shallow water off the beach. A colorful buffet of crispy salads and tempting desserts is set up. On the sand at the water’s edge, the chef is ready to grill a variety of fresh fish and meats: Mahi mahi, Swordfish, Wahoo fillets, chicken skewers, with an accompaniment of seasonings, sauces and dressings to suit your taste. Beverages are included and available at the beach bar, with a choice of draught beer, soft drinks and juices. A very unusual culinary event with tables and chairs set out in the shallow water under the tent, and cooled by the gentle ocean breeze.
    - Rest of the afternoon at leisure.
    - Cocktail party and BBQ dinner served on the resorts main beach followed by a traditional Polynesian Fire and Dance show.

  • Day 3
    MOOREA
    - Optional excursions and group activities
    - Full complimentary American Breakfast is being served.
    - Day at leisure.
    - Once in Moorea, you will enjoy an even more relaxed pace. We recommend you take part in some of the many activities this Resort has to offer, be it: horseback riding, scuba diving, jet skiing, parasailing 4X4 excursions, hiking... or just canoeing, but the main attraction you must not miss is the Moorea Dolphin Center or a relaxing or a rejuvenating treatment at Héléne Spa.
    - Lunch in own
    - Rendezvous before sunset in the hotel gardens by the shore. The surrounding bungalows give the impression of being in a village square on a lagoon.Torches and tree lights provide a soft illumination.
    - The Cocktail Party tonight features a complete meal and full open bar with premium brands and tropical cocktails; hot and cold hors d’oeuvres ; grill stands with fresh local fish, kebabs and sausages, vegetables and chicken; not to mention exotic fruits, French pastries, tarts and custards. A Tahitian Trio plays for your exclusive enjoyment.

  • Day 4
    MOOREA - BORA BORA
    - 45 minute inter-island flight
    - Early complimentary American Breakfast is being served, followed by the checkout and
    transfer to the domestic airport for the 45 minute direct inter-island flight to Bora Bora. Once you arrive on Bora Bora the group will enjoy a 25 minute boat ride to the InterContinental Resort and Thalasso Spa Bora Bora.
    Group check in and lunch served in the Beach Bar & Restaurant
    - Afternoon at leisure
    - Enjoy the hotel facilities and the Thalasso Spa
    - Welcoming theme dinner event / Polynesian Night under the stars.
    - Tonight enjoy your “Seafood Extravaganza” or as Tahitians say: “Soiree Merveilleuse’. This event unfolds on the private beach of the hotel. Delightful seafood will be served: Lobster, Tuna Sashimi, Mahi Mahi, Oysters, and Swordfish all fresh from the South Sea – to name just a few, plus meat dishes for those who would prefer. Also included on tonight’s buffet is a tempting display of salads and cold appetizers and, our delicious desert spread. Wine, beer and soft drinks are served throughout the dinner.
    - Sit back and enjoy an unforgettable rendering of the South Pacific Songs and Dances Performed on our natural stage, lit by torchlight and the stars

  • Day 5
    Bora Bora
    - Group activity
    - Full complimentary American Breakfast is being served.
    - Full day lagoon tour including Shark and Rey feeding + BBQ Lunch of a private Motu: This is one of the most exciting snorkeling tours in the South Pacific. Motorized outrigger canoes will transfer you across the lagoon to the reef, where the water is clear and teeming with a great variety of marine life. Donning a mask, snorkel and foot protection, enter water of depth varying from 4 to 7 feet. Your guide will attract some black tipped lagoon sharks with bait – indeed a thrilling experience. At four to five feet in length, these sharks are quite harmless. Along the sharks you will see a great variety of tropical reef fish and some beautiful coral. To go on this excursion you should be comfortable in deep water. You may remain on the boat, but from there the viewing will be limited. A hand rope will be secured between rocks to avoid drifting as there can be the occasional strong currents in the area. The home of the stingrays will be visited next. You have chance to touch wand even feed the rays with the assistance of a guide. Rays are one of nature’s most elegant swimmers, watch as they glide in an effortless ballet in and around the swimmers.
    - At noon, a picnic lunch consisting of salads, grilled fish & chicken along with tropical fruits (and drinks) will be served on a private Motu (wild islet), where you will enjoy some Tahitian entertainment with local songs played on guitars and ukuleles, together with a Pareo and Coconut Show. Before heading back to the resort there will be ample time for swimming and snorkeling.

    Bora Bora

Day 1· Los Angeles-Tahiti: Board your flight this afternoon for romantic South Seas
· Arrive in Tahiti during the early evening and embarking through Air Moorea’s Terminal for a 10-minute flight to Moorea.
· The group arrives on Moorea’s airport, followed by a direct transfer to the Moorea Pearl Resort & Spa.
· You will receive a refreshing welcome cocktail on arrival and after check-in formalities you will receive your key for your reserved AC Garden room. Your baggage will be delivered directly to your room

Day 2· From 6:30AM Full American Breakfast buffet will be served at the Hotel Restaurant
· Morning at leisure
· 12:30PM Lunch menu at the Mahanai restaurant
· 3:00PM Rendez-vous poolside for a private Tahitian dance lessons and pareo show
· A 15 minute individual massage will be organized at the “Manea Spa” for the members of your group, during the day.
· 6:30PM, “Cook Cocktail with canapes*”

Day 3· From 6:30AM Full American Breakfast buffet will be served a the “Mahanai” Restaurant
· 9:00AM Moorea Sea Full day excursion with Picnic
Depart from the lobby – On board a double hull canoe, discover the beautiful lagoon of Moorea (with music: guitars and Ukuleles). During the cruise a “coco” & “pareo” shows will be presented to you. You will also stop for snorkeling in the blue water of the lagoon. At noon, a picnic lunch on a small islet or on the canoe will be prepared for you. After lunch you can relax on the beach before returning to main land by cruising across the turquoise blue lagoon, past Opunohu Bay (famous for the “Mutiny & the Bounty” film by Mel Gibson) and Cooks Bay.
· 7:00PM Special Gala Dinner “Soire Pomare: The ancient Tahiti**”. A Polynesian style buffet with a traditional dances and songs show

Day 4· From 6:30AM Full American Breakfast buffet will be served at the “Mahanai” Restaurant
· 9:00AM, rendez-vous poolside for a funny “Pearl Olympics***” competition
· 12:00 Noon – An original and exotic buffet lunch will be served in the main Restaurant
· Afternoon at leisure. The group may take advantage of the activities offered through our Activities & Diving Center or explore the island individually.
· 6:30PM Pick-up from the hotel lobby and Motu dinner “Robinson Crusoe Dinner “Bringue” on the motu****”

Day 5· From 6:30AM Full American Breakfast buffet will be served at the “Mahanai” restaurant
· Moorea Land half-day activity
Depart from the lobby for the “Moorea’s Treasure Hunt Experience*****”
· Lunch Menu at the “Mahanai” restaurant
· Afternoon at leisure
· Dinner Menu at the “Mahanai” Restaurant or our catering team will prepare an special Polynesian Buffet or Seafood Buffet (depending your week-day of arrival) with a show performing during your dinner.

Day 6· Final Day – transfer to Tahiti – International Departure
· From 6:30AM Full American Breakfast buffet will be served at the “Mahanai” restaurant
· Day at leisure (Day use at the hotel)
· 5:30PM pick up from the lobby and transfer to the airport.
· 10-minute flight to Tahiti
· 6:15PM arrive in Tahiti – While all baggage keep stored at the airport, the group will be transferred for a quick visit of Papeete, the capital of French Polynesia
· 8:00PM (depending your international departure time) pick up from Vaiete Square and transfer to the airport
· Greeting shell Lei for each member of the group and flight back home *Cook Cocktail: Maitai Polynesian Cocktail and open bar comprising: bottled mineral waters, soft drinks, local bier, red and white wine, and selection of whisky, gin, vodka, and Martini. 4 Standard canapes & 3 Deluxe Canapes per pax.

**Soirée Pomare: le Tahiti d’autrefois
Traditional Polynesian welcome at the restaurant, where you would taste the most popular Polynesian specialties in a variated buffet decorated in ancient Tahiti’s Symbols. All restaurant staff will wear special traditional dresses for the occasion and a show performing all sort of Polynesian dances will play during your dinner.

***Pearl Olympics
Discover the games and customs of traditional Polynesia. Teams are created by dividing the number of members in a group (5 pax per team if possible). There are four main competitions: Coconut throw, Kayak race, tropical fruits collection and Vahine dressing. The winner will be the team who accumulates the more pearls (points) during the four events. A trophy will be offered by the hotel for the wining team. A soft drink and a bottled mineral water per person is included.

****Robinson Crusoe dinner Bringue on the Motu:
Appreciate Polynesian island life of days gone by in this idyllic and unique setting. Torches will light the way on this motu if the moon is not bright enough to illuminate the path. The night will mesmerize you by its magical ambiance with the twinkling of the stars and hukeleles. A time-honored Polynesian feast served in traditional style with woven palm leaves as your plates and coconut shells for beverages followed by a unique Polynesian show completes this unforgettable experience.

Discover the mysteries of the island by this funny competition. The group will be divided into teams of 4 persons per car. The hotel will provide a map and a Polaroid camera. You will have to follow up the instructions of each sign and which will give you the key of the enigma
