7 days in Tahiti? Check out these 3 amazing itineraries.

Have you planned a 7 day holiday and are wondering where to go in Tahiti? 118 islands don’t make it easy but that’s what Tahiti is all about: diversity! It also depends what you like to do so we’ve suggested 3 different itineraries based on 3 different categories: nature, Tahiti originals and culture. Every itinerary starts and finishes on the main island, Tahiti, as your flight will arrive late in the evening (coming from Australia or New Zealand) and you'll usually need to spend your first night here.

Itinerary 1: Off the beaten track (Nature)

If you want to stay away from the many tourists who frequent the islands and want to be immersed in the Polynesian ambiance and Mana (spirit), this is the perfect trip for you.

Day 1:

You'll arrive fairly late in Tahiti and will spend the first night on the main island.

Day 2 to Day 4:

Take off to beautiful Rangiroa (Tuamotu islands) to get your journey started.

3 reasons to go to Rangiroa: it’s a diver’s paradise, it’s the largest atoll of the islands of Tahiti and it’s simply idyllic. Check out our article about Rangiroa for more information.
